Most machinery failures on board don't happen at a convenient berth. Kins Marine Engineering Service was built around that reality: a technician team and a fully equipped workshop, ready to mobilise to anchorage, harbour or shore-based plant at short notice.
Under the direction of proprietor G. H. P. S. Kinsley, the company has grown from hydraulic and pneumatic repair work into a full marine and general contracting outfit - covering steel and pipe fabrication, underwater welding, boiler repair, and insulation and cladding, alongside our core hydraulic specialism.
Every job leaves our workshop the same way: dismantled, inspected, machined to tolerance, reassembled and pressure tested - with a numbered work order to show for it.
